whats a cost effective build ? its a 2 bolt out of an old ass caprice that allegedly was built for redneck sprint car. target budget for build n shi? seems to have some bore score on the corner of cylinder 1 which is odd bc i would assume closest to firewall would be where that happens. anyway what do? is it worth messing with? idek what i'd put it in.
